Heading East on Interstate 26 Toward Hendersonville & Greenville
Take Exit 37 (Long Shoals)
Go Right at bottom of Exit toward Hwy 191, cross over bridge and follow road to the end
Take Long Shoals to at light. Left onto Hwy 191(Brevard Rd)
Go 1 block to Right at light onto Avery Creek Rd.
Road dead ends into gates of Avery Park.
Enter gates; take first Left on Bear Paw, last house on Left in cul-de-sac.
Heading West on Interstate 26 Toward Asheville & Waynesville
Go Left at bottom of Exit toward Hwy 191, cross over bridge and follow road to the end.
Take Long Shoals to at light. Left onto Hwy 191(Brevard Rd)
Go 1 block to Right at light onto Avery Creek Rd.
Road dead ends into gates of Avery Park.
Enter gates; take first Left on Bear Paw, last house on Left in cul-de-sac.
- Check in time is 4:00pm and checkout is 11:00 am.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge or garage. Please dispose of smoking materials responsibly. Don't throw smoking material on grounds or in water.
- There will be a $500 charge to your credit card if there has been smoking in the lodge.
- Linens will not be changed during your stay. Feel free to use washer/dryer as needed.
- All garbage must be bagged and dropped at the end of driveway early am Tuesdays.
- Don’t leave garbage outside or leave garage door open. We have bears in the area.
- Starters for coffee and bathroom toiletries are provided.
- Please do not place anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. The septic system thanks you.
- Don’t leave an active fire in fireplace before leaving cabin at all times.
- Please don't move the grill as it it hooked to a gas line.
CANCELATION POLICY
If Guest chooses to cancel their stay after reservation is made, Guest will forfeit rental amount in full. If true emergency, we will make every effort to secure a new Guest for your original date stay and all monies (less a $75 cancellation fee) will be refunded. If after diligent effort, we are unable to secure a Guest, the full rental payment is forfeited.
If a guest is disappointed or unsatisfied with a property due to differences in taste, location, decor, etc and declines to stay at the rental property this will be considered a cancellation and no discount or refund will be issued.
